As well as an in-depth report on the research and a personal presentation of our findings, the outputs of the study include insightful video footage featuring individual representatives of the particular lifestyle types. Armed with a video camera, we revisited the same people we interviewed while preparing the last LifeStyle study in the Czech Republic (LifeStyle 2007) to ask them about the changes that have occurred in their lives in the meantime.
