At the end of February the Kantar Group has announced a major reorganisation, with the purpose of strengthening its companies and their offering. As part of this strategic realignment, we are delighted to inform you that with immediate effect TNS (Custom) and Research International (RI) are to combine strengths and will merge to create the world's largest custom research business.
The global brand name of our new combined business will be TNS - although in a small number of countries where it is appropriate, the Research International name will be retained, and will be known as TNS Research International.
Globally the new company will be led by Bob Meyers (Chairman), and Pedro Ros (CEO).
